Course Architect Workflow and IOT SOLUTIONS are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, certified by, licensed by, or officially connected with any government agency, grant body, regulatory authority, professional certification body, or training authority — including but not limited to HRDC / HRD Corp.
3. No Approval Guarantee
This tool does not guarantee that any content generated will be approved, accepted, claimed, certified, or recognised by any organization, grant body, authority, employer, or client. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant authority or organization and are outside the control of IOT SOLUTIONS.
4. AI-Generated Content Must Be Reviewed
All content generated by this platform is produced by AI and is provided as a draft for your review, editing, and customisation. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You must review and verify all content before use.
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for: - Reviewing and editing all generated content before use or submission - Ensuring content meets the requirements of their client, employer, or relevant authority - Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards - Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs - Ensuring they own or are authorised to use any image or file they upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain personal data used without consent - Not submitting AI-generated content blindly without review
6. Training Documentation Requirements May Change
Training documentation requirements, grant submission formats, and regulatory standards change over time. IOT SOLUTIONS does not guarantee that generated outputs meet the current requirements of any authority. Users must check current requirements independently.
7. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, HR advice, compliance advice, grant application advice, or professional consulting of any kind. For specific professional advice, consult a qualified adviser.
8. Limitation of Liability
IOT SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to rejected submissions, failed grant claims, client disputes, or any loss resulting from use of this platform.
9. User-Uploaded Images and Content
Some paid features let users upload images. IOT SOLUTIONS does not pre-screen user-uploaded content and is not responsible for images uploaded by users. Users warrant they own or are authorised to use what they upload. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact enquiry@iotsolutions.my and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
