Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases and subscriptions for Course Architect Workflow by IOT SOLUTIONS. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable. Free plan users may upgrade at any time.
3. Beta Access
Beta access may be provided at no charge or at a discounted rate as part of a limited early-access programme. Beta pricing and refund terms will be communicated separately. If no specific terms are provided, the general paid subscription policy below applies.
4. Paid Subscriptions — Digital Product Nature
Course Architect Workflow is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Once access to paid features has been granted and usage has occurred, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This is consistent with standard digital product practices.
5. Refund Eligibility
IOT SOLUTIONS may review and approve refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same subscription period
- Failed access — if you paid but were unable to access the platform due to a technical issue on our end, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Accidental billing — if a charge occurred due to a billing system error
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- You have used the service during the billing period
- You no longer need the service or have changed your mind
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated output quality (we recommend using the Free plan to evaluate before upgrading)
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No refund will be issued for the remaining period unless it falls under the eligible refund cases above.

Please include: - Your registered email address - The reason for your refund request - Your payment reference or transaction ID - Any supporting evidence (e.g. duplicate charge screenshot)
9. Processing Timeline
We will review and respond to refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
