Terms of Use

By creating an account and using Course Architect Workflow ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or publicly share the internal workflow, prompt logic, templates, or platform structure of Course Architect Workflow. Beta access is provided for personal professional use only.

Course Architect Workflow uses AI to generate draft course materials. All outputs are provided as drafts for your review, editing, and customisation. IOT SOLUTIONS does not guarantee that any AI-generated content is accurate, complete, suitable for any specific purpose, or compliant with any specific authority, grant body, or submission requirement.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, customising, and deciding what information is suitable for your own use, proposal, submission, or delivery.

Course Architect Workflow is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, certified by, or officially connected with any government agency, grant body, regulator, training authority, or certification body.

This tool does not guarantee approval, claimability, compliance, acceptance, or submission success with any organization or authority.

Each email address may only be used for one beta account. One mobile/WhatsApp number may only be used for one beta account where technically enforced. Beta access is limited to one user per company or training provider unless manually approved by IOT SOLUTIONS.

Usage is measured in credits. Each plan includes a shared monthly credit allowance and a daily cap, and different tools consume different amounts of credits (lighter tools cost fewer credits; full course packs cost more). The Free plan currently includes 50 credits per month (with a daily cap and a limit of one generation at a time); paid plans include larger allowances. When an allowance is reached, further generations are blocked until the next monthly reset or a plan upgrade. IOT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify credit allowances, per-action credit costs, and plan limits with reasonable notice.

The platform, its internal workflows, prompt logic, templates, and UI design are the intellectual property of IOT SOLUTIONS. You may use AI-generated outputs for your own professional training work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the platform or its internal logic.

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Notice. You are responsible for any personal or client data you enter into the platform.

IOT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misuse, or act in bad faith against the platform, other users, or IOT SOLUTIONS.

IOT SOLUTIONS provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of AI-generated content, proposal submissions, training delivery, or any decisions made based on outputs generated by the platform.

Certain paid features allow authorised users to upload images to their assessments and materials ("User Images"). By uploading a User Image, you represent and warrant that you own it or are fully authorised/licensed to use, upload, and display it for your training, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.

You agree not to upload any image that is unlawful, infringing, confidential, classified, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise prohibited, or that contains the personal data of any individual without that individual's consent. You grant IOT SOLUTIONS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your User Images solely to provide the service to you and your participants.

You are solely responsible for every image you upload. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IOT SOLUTIONS, its directors, and personnel against any claim, loss, liability, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Images or your breach of this section. IOT SOLUTIONS may remove any image and suspend or terminate access for violations, and any violation may result in immediate termination, with you remaining liable for any resulting damages. IOT SOLUTIONS does not pre-screen User Images and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

If you believe an image or other content on the platform infringes your rights, contact us at enquiry@iotsolutions.my with your details, identification of the work, the location/link of the content, and a good-faith statement. IOT SOLUTIONS will act promptly to review and, where appropriate, remove the content, and may suspend repeat infringers. This process supports the service-provider provisions of the Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dengan membuat akaun dan menggunakan Course Architect Workflow ("Platform"), anda bersetuju dengan Terma Penggunaan ini. Jika anda tidak bersetuju, jangan gunakan Platform ini.

Anda bersetuju untuk tidak menyalin, menjual semula, mengedar semula, merekayasa balik, atau berkongsi secara awam aliran kerja dalaman, logik prompt, templat, atau struktur platform Course Architect Workflow.

Course Architect Workflow menggunakan AI untuk menjana draf bahan kursus. Semua output disediakan sebagai draf untuk semakan, penyuntingan, dan penyesuaian anda. IOT SOLUTIONS tidak menjamin bahawa sebarang kandungan yang dijana oleh AI adalah tepat, lengkap, atau sesuai untuk sebarang tujuan tertentu.

Anda bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk menyemak, menyunting, menyesuaikan, dan memutuskan maklumat yang sesuai untuk kegunaan anda sendiri.

Course Architect Workflow adalah alat produktiviti bebas. Ia tidak berafiliasi dengan, disokong oleh, diluluskan oleh, disahkan oleh, atau disambungkan secara rasmi dengan mana-mana agensi kerajaan, badan geran, pengawal selia, pihak berkuasa latihan, atau badan pensijilan.

Alat ini tidak menjamin kelulusan, boleh dituntut, pematuhan, penerimaan, atau kejayaan penyerahan dengan mana-mana organisasi atau pihak berkuasa.

Setiap alamat e-mel hanya boleh digunakan untuk satu akaun beta. Akses beta adalah terhad kepada satu pengguna bagi setiap syarikat atau penyedia latihan melainkan diluluskan secara manual oleh IOT SOLUTIONS.

Penggunaan diukur dalam kredit. Setiap pelan termasuk peruntukan kredit bulanan yang dikongsi dan had harian, dan alat yang berbeza menggunakan jumlah kredit yang berbeza. Pelan percuma kini termasuk 50 kredit sebulan (dengan had harian dan satu penjanaan pada satu masa); pelan berbayar termasuk peruntukan yang lebih besar. Apabila peruntukan dicapai, penjanaan selanjutnya akan disekat sehingga set semula bulanan berikutnya atau naik taraf pelan. IOT SOLUTIONS berhak untuk mengubah suai peruntukan kredit, kos kredit setiap tindakan, dan had pelan dengan notis yang munasabah.

Platform, aliran kerja dalaman, logik prompt, templat, dan reka bentuk UI adalah harta intelek IOT SOLUTIONS. Anda boleh menggunakan output yang dijana AI untuk kerja latihan profesional anda sendiri.

Penggunaan platform anda dikawal oleh Notis Privasi kami. Anda bertanggungjawab atas sebarang data peribadi atau pelanggan yang anda masukkan ke dalam platform.

IOT SOLUTIONS berhak untuk melumpuhkan atau menamatkan akaun yang melanggar Terma ini, terlibat dalam salah guna, atau bertindak dengan niat buruk terhadap platform, pengguna lain, atau IOT SOLUTIONS.

IOT SOLUTIONS menyediakan platform atas dasar "sebagaimana adanya". Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian, kerosakan, atau akibat yang timbul daripada penggunaan kandungan yang dijana AI.

Sesetengah ciri berbayar membenarkan pengguna yang dibenarkan memuat naik imej ("Imej Pengguna"). Dengan memuat naik, anda menjamin bahawa anda memiliki atau dibenarkan sepenuhnya untuk menggunakan imej itu dan ia tidak melanggar hak cipta, tanda dagangan, kerahsiaan, privasi, atau hak pihak ketiga yang lain. Anda tidak boleh memuat naik kandungan yang menyalahi undang-undang, melanggar hak, sulit, terperingkat, atau yang mengandungi data peribadi seseorang tanpa kebenaran mereka.

Anda bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya atas setiap imej yang anda muat naik dan bersetuju untuk menanggung rugi IOT SOLUTIONS daripada sebarang tuntutan atau kerugian yang timbul daripadanya. IOT SOLUTIONS boleh mengeluarkan sebarang imej dan menggantung atau menamatkan akses bagi pelanggaran. IOT SOLUTIONS tidak menapis Imej Pengguna terlebih dahulu dan tidak bertanggungjawab atas kandungan yang dimuat naik pengguna.

Jika anda percaya sesuatu kandungan melanggar hak anda, hubungi kami di enquiry@iotsolutions.my dengan butiran anda, pengenalpastian karya, lokasi/pautan kandungan, dan pernyataan niat baik. IOT SOLUTIONS akan bertindak segera untuk menyemak dan, jika sesuai, mengeluarkan kandungan tersebut, selaras dengan Akta Hak Cipta 1987.

Kami mungkin mengemas kini Terma ini dari semasa ke semasa. Perubahan material akan disampaikan melalui pemberitahuan dalam aplikasi atau e-mel.
