Professional and Team subscribers can choose which AI model generates their course materials, quizzes, assessments, and scenario labs. Different models have different strengths — some are faster, others produce more detailed output for complex topics. Free plan users get the default model, which works well for most tasks.
It depends on your plan: Free — 1 device at a time; Starter — up to 2; Professional and Team — up to 3 per user; Events — up to 3 for the host (for example laptop, phone and tablet during a live session). Your account page shows how many devices you are using. Each account is for one person — co-hosts and colleagues should have their own login (Professional includes 3 users, Team includes 5).
When you sign in on a new device and that takes you over your plan's device limit, the device you used least recently is signed out automatically and shows the message "You were signed out because your account signed in on another device." If you did not sign in anywhere else, reset your password straight away and sign out your other devices from Account → Active Sessions.
No — sign-in details are for one person only, as set out in our Terms of Use. Sharing a login is a security risk: you cannot tell who did what, and one leaked password exposes everyone's work. Professional (3 users) and Team (5 users) give each person their own login: the subscriber invites them from Workspace (Professional) or Organisation (Team), each person accepts the invitation with their own email, and signs in with their own password and 2FA. Helpers who only run your live sessions (polls, assessments, games, feedback) can be invited as Live Co-hosts from Account → Live Co-hosts — they get their own login but no access to AI generators, your materials or billing, and they don't use a trainer seat. Two-factor authentication, required for all accounts, also makes a shared login impractical — each sign-in needs a code from the account holder's own phone.
Yes — 2FA is required for every account, because account security is everyone's responsibility. Setup takes about two minutes with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Administrators and organisation owners set it up before first use; everyone else has a 30-day grace period with reminders. You also get 10 one-time recovery codes in case you lose your phone. Lost the phone AND the codes but can still sign in with your password and email? You can reset 2FA yourself by email, after a 72-hour safety wait (not available to administrators and organisation owners or admins, who use the identity-checked recovery).
Submit the written account recovery request with your identity documents. Individuals: IC or passport plus a selfie holding it. Training providers: the SSM certificate plus your own IC and selfie — and, if you are not a director listed on SSM, an authorisation letter on company letterhead with the company stamp, signed by a listed director (we will also call your company on its official number to confirm). We verify against your registration details, management approves, and after a 48-hour waiting period (with a notice to your old email and registered mobile) your account moves to your new email. We never recover accounts over a phone call or WhatsApp, and we never ask for your password or 2FA code — anyone who does is not us.

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual from your Billing page. Before you confirm the switch, a summary shows the exact timing and any charge that will apply — no surprises. Annual billing is available now through our Curlec payment gateway.
All subscription payments — monthly and annual — are non-refundable except for verified billing errors. Eligible cases are: duplicate charges, failed access due to a technical issue on our end, or accidental charges due to a billing system error. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and no partial refund is issued for unused time.
